Shipping policy

Once your order has been shipped  NB no longer responsible or liable. NEABEAUTY is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. If your shipping information was filled out incorrectly, please email us immediately.

If you have any issues with shipping, you can contact info@neabeauty.ca and we will do our best to assist you.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post so to resolve any issues please contact them directly from your tracking page.

You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. In your Shipping Confirmation email, you'll receive a link to your tracking information. From there, you can monitor the shipment’s progress until the package is delivered to your door. The local carrier will be provided in the details of your tracking information.Always make sure that your email and all other information is entered correctly

We ship locally throughout Canada and to the US. As a small business, international shipping is too much for us to cover. If you're not in Canada and USA, shipping cost is fully covered by you.

Each order is handmade in small batches in house. Thus, processing times are in place for all orders. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking once your package has been shipped. OUR NORMAL PROCESSING TIMES ARE1-12 BUSINESS DAYS. DURING HOLIDAYS & BUSY TIMES - PROCESSING TIMES MAY BE DELAYED. 


Delivery times are based upon the shipping Option selected at checkout.

Yes! All of our products are handmade in small batches before each re-stock to ensure fresh, long-lasting products.

Yes you can still use it! Depending on external temperatures, our body butters might melt a little during transit, but if you pop it into the fridge, it’ll harden right back up.

Returns and exchanges

Your happiness is our #1 priority. Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns or do exchange.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

As long as your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it. Contact support@neabeauty.ca with your order number and we'll be happy to process your cancellation.
